So many of you who are reading this article, I am sure that you all want that natural glow in your skin but are somewhere scared to use different products due to its side effects or half of the time you think that will it actually suit your skin or not? Don’t worry, here I bring in to different easy things which you already do in your daily life but somewhere not aware of its importance.

So I am sure all of you sleep every day and I am even sure that all of you intake water every day. But how many of you do it judiciously? So yes WATER and HEALTHY SLEEP are the two things that helps you in many ways to get the glowing skin.

INTAKE OF WATER (Benefits)

We drink water every day but are not aware of the fact that when, how much to drink. Here are few points which tell you the benefits of intake of water.

  • DRINK 8-10 GLASS OF WATER

It is believed that one must drink at least 8-10 glass of water every day as intake of water   in the body settles the oil gland and prevents the skin from various problems.

  • HELPS IN REMOVAL OF PIMPLES AND ITS MARKS

Intake of water also helps in removal of pimple. Now a days most of us have a complaint about pimples but water is one simple and proven solution in removal of them as intake of water settles the oil gland and heat inside the body which helps in removal of pimples.

  • KEEPS THE BODY HYDRATED

Water keeps the body hydrated and energetic. If we take proper amount of water at the right time we would feel fresh every day and won’t act restless the entire day.

HEALTHY SLEEP

It’s just not water that helps in glow of skin it’s also the healthy 8 hour sleep which is must. It helps in reducing stress and keeps the body active. Now days youngsters don’t sleep properly as either they are busy with some work or the technology keeps them busy. But sleeping for 8 hours per day is must for good health and glowing skin.   

Other than water and sleep there are different things for a glowing skin.

Fruit juices: it is believed that orange fruit juice is very healthy for skin and keeps the body hydrated and face glowing.

Aloe Vera: Most of the people who have dry skin use aloe vera which is again helpful for a healthy glowing skin.
